Catalyst: A Mid-Career Pivot Cohort · September 15 – October 20

Six weeks.
Six to eight peers.

Stop waiting. Start moving.

What it is

Mid-career malaise is real.

There are lots of reasons clients name when they work with me. Maybe some of this sounds familiar.

"My job is like a prison door with the cell door open."

"It's like I climbed to the top of the ladder, and when I got there, I was like, 'why did I get on a ladder in the first place?' I feel like I'm locked into golden handcuffs."

"I was fully bought into my industry — we were going to change the world. Now I think I work in a system that's doing more harm than good."

"I used to love going to work. Now the very idea of a Monday meeting just makes me numb. Do I need to go start an ice cream business in Mexico? I don't even cook."

Am I playing your song?

Built for momentum

Motion comes first; insight follows.

We can spend years knowing we want something different from our career and delaying movement, waiting for clarity. You don't have to know exactly what you want, you just need to reach for what's next.

The road to hell is paved with workbooks we never open twice, PDFs we finish and then do nothing with, endless browser bookmarks we'll read... eventually.

If you've been circling a major pivot, you need a catalyst to kick yourself into a new orbit.

Time to take the first step:

Start the side hustle. Launch the newsletter. Write the business plan. Start networking in a new industry.

What if we took the next step together?

This is why I built Catalyst.

A small community of peers who get it. Live sessions that provide the accountability and cheerleading you both need and deserve.

A cohort to celebrate wins with, to bounce ideas off of, to share the stuff you can't talk to your coworkers about. Energy, momentum, and the push to actually move.

How it works

Six 1-hour live sessions.

Not a lecture, but a collaborative space. Community and accountability.

Individual Notion workspaces that hold everything you build, a living document that's yours to keep beyond our cohort.

Weekly structured homework focused on values, strengths, and redefining ambition. Concrete steps you take to create real momentum.

A private Slack channel for the cohort, for support between live sessions. Check-ins, questions, and feedback on daily writing practice, if you want to share it.

Stop circling. Start moving.

What you leave with

Real momentum.

Six weeks ago you were circling the decision. Now you've told a group of people you were doing this, and you showed up every week and did it.

At the end of six weeks, you'll have:

A personal vision statement.

A portrait of your work when you're firing on all cylinders.

A map of your strengths and a working definition of success.

Having taken concrete steps toward what's next.

A community who has supported you every step of the way.

Before you sign up

Questions worth answering up front.

Is this therapy?

No. Rebecca is an AMFT and brings a clinical frame to this work, but the cohort is not a therapeutic relationship or group therapy. We're working toward a specific goal, not doing open-ended processing.

How is this different from doing a workbook or values exercise on my own?

You've probably already done a version of this. A workbook, a values sort, a few sessions with a therapist. That's not what's missing, and doing it again on your own won't fix it. There's a free values sort on my site if you want to try that first. But what a workbook can't manufacture is a deadline, a small group of people at your level, and the fact that you told them out loud you were doing this.

Why not just wait until I have more clarity?

Because clarity tends to arrive after you move, not before. If you've been circling this for a while, more time alone with it usually means more circling. Six weeks with real stakes and real peers is what breaks that pattern.

What if I want to keep working with Rebecca after the cohort ends?

You can continue straight into a 3-month or 6-month 1:1 engagement. $550 of your cohort fee credits toward it, and you won't need to redo the Initial Signal Assessment — the work you've already built stands.
